二、鉆機(jī)的構(gòu)造
?????ZFJ-1500型鉆機(jī)是正反循環(huán)鉆機(jī)，由YD多級變速電機(jī)，減速機(jī)，正、反循環(huán)泥漿泵、閥門、液壓油泵、油缸、主卷揚(yáng)、副卷揚(yáng)、配電箱、鉆架、鉆桿、鉆頭組成。
1.電動機(jī).主動力電機(jī)為YD多級變速電機(jī)，其余為Y系列普通電機(jī)。
2.減速機(jī)為四軸**正齒輪減速，可用齒輪變換變速，分四種轉(zhuǎn)速。

三、工作原理
?1.鉆機(jī)的油壓系統(tǒng)均由油泵將壓力油泵通過管道經(jīng)多路閥控制，根據(jù)需要在送達(dá)各執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)，使它完成各項(xiàng)動作。
?2.減速機(jī)將動力經(jīng)變速傳至輸出軸，帶動鉆桿和鉆頭進(jìn)行回旋運(yùn)動，完成正轉(zhuǎn)（順時針方向）進(jìn)行切削工作，（反轉(zhuǎn)做卸鉆桿時用）正常鉆孔中禁止反轉(zhuǎn)。（反轉(zhuǎn)會引起掉鉆桿，鉆頭事故）
3.正、反循環(huán)的操作：
?3.1在施工中如遇到地層或洗井原因需要更換鉆孔工法時，其操作步驟是，以正循環(huán)為例，操作液壓手柄，關(guān)閉大泥漿泵上的壓閥，啟動3PNL小泥漿泵，水經(jīng)管道經(jīng)大泵、鉆桿、進(jìn)入鉆尖底部，使孔中的切削泥渣被水流托起順井管流到沉淀池。經(jīng)沉淀水又進(jìn)入3PNL泥漿泵，形成循環(huán)。
反循環(huán)工法，主機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)，關(guān)閉大泵閥門，啟動3PNL漿泵，給大漿泵灌泵，使空氣排空，啟動大漿泵同時開啟閥門，關(guān)閉3PNL漿泵，大泵出水正常**可正常工作。（如果鉆桿中的空氣未排空，或有地方漏氣，將影響大泵出水）。正反循環(huán)可隨時互換。同時反循環(huán)可做正循環(huán)鉆孔完成清孔（清除沉淀）工作。
3.2鉆機(jī)的下籠及灌灰
樁孔完成后，提出鉆桿，鉆頭，鉆機(jī)同時向后移動合適的位置，視機(jī)架上副額頭吊鉤對準(zhǔn)樁孔**為準(zhǔn)，同時卷揚(yáng)**可下籠和灌注商品灰。

四、鉆機(jī)的安全操作規(guī)程
1.本機(jī)操作人員，必須經(jīng)過培訓(xùn)，應(yīng)熟練掌握操作機(jī)構(gòu)和熟悉安全操作規(guī)程方能上機(jī)操作。嚴(yán)禁酒后上機(jī)操作。
2.開機(jī)前，應(yīng)對鉆機(jī)及配套設(shè)備進(jìn)行檢查，特別應(yīng)注意檢查各卷揚(yáng)機(jī)的剎車是否靈活可靠，鋼絲繩是否有斷絲斷股現(xiàn)象，待確認(rèn)完好后，方可開機(jī)工作。
3.現(xiàn)場工作人員，必須穿絕緣鞋和配戴安全帽。
4.拆裝鉆桿時應(yīng)集中精力，及時清除鉆桿螺紋上面的異物，并加少許機(jī)油，可減少鉆桿的損壞和漏氣的發(fā)生。
5.操作人員應(yīng)堅(jiān)持交接制度，**時應(yīng)向**者交代清楚鉆機(jī)的工作情況和隱患，如有異常應(yīng)處理后方可工作。

五、鉆機(jī)的使用與保養(yǎng)
1.經(jīng)常檢查主機(jī)的卷揚(yáng)油位，發(fā)現(xiàn)缺油應(yīng)及時添加，定期更換主機(jī)機(jī)油，向卷揚(yáng)機(jī)，泵內(nèi)注油。
2.接場地電源時要注意相差，大泵不可反轉(zhuǎn)。
3.工作中，應(yīng)隨時監(jiān)視電器儀表，傾聽各各運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)部件響聲，如突發(fā)異常聲音，應(yīng)停機(jī)檢查，不可讓設(shè)備帶病作業(yè)，緊固件不可松動。
4.液壓手柄操作時，應(yīng)先慢后快（視場地情況定）如操作過快會損壞設(shè)備和發(fā)生危險(xiǎn)
5.鉆進(jìn)速度根據(jù)地層變化而變化，視反循環(huán)泵的出水狀況（出水流量大，可快進(jìn)，水量小要慢進(jìn)或停進(jìn)）。同時要控制泥漿比重，在額定電流范圍內(nèi)，慢慢鉆進(jìn)。
6.經(jīng)常檢查油管及接頭是否漏油，油箱缺油，如缺油油缸有爬行現(xiàn)象。
7.鉆機(jī)長時間停用，應(yīng)將所有油缸收回，或用防銹油包好，防止生銹和損壞。
8.鉆機(jī)累計(jì)進(jìn)尺達(dá)五千米時，應(yīng)進(jìn)行保養(yǎng)維修。

2.使用條件

B.海拔高度不超過1000米
C.網(wǎng)絡(luò)電壓波動不大于-5%--+5%
3.箱體采用戶外式結(jié)構(gòu)，進(jìn)出線均設(shè)在箱體底部。
??場地電源接好后，合上漏保開關(guān)，控制按鈕即可正常工作（確認(rèn)電機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)方向后）。
